OSHER GLOBAL can assist you in accessing various Private Placement Programs (PPPs), sometimes referred to as Managed Buy/Sell Programs.† These programs differ from most investments in that the returns are not speculative but contractual, thereby making them immune to volatile market conditions. Trading does not occur in the United States but takes place primarily in Europe (London, Zurich, Geneva) and Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan) among top-tier, AAA-rated banks. These are private “invitation-only” investment programs that are not available to the general public. Therefore, financial planners and advisors are not privy to these investments.
In a Managed Buy/Sell Program, the spread between the buying and selling of bank debentures creates profits by purchasing low and selling high to a predetermined exit buyer. Since traders cannot use their own funds to operate a program, they seek financially qualified investors to provide collateral support for the initial purchase of a newly issued asset. The investors’ capital does not move from their bank accounts, as the investors are only acting as third-party investment partners for the trade platform. In many instances, there is neither a Swift block nor a hold placed on the funds.
Most trade platforms accept clients, whether corporations or individuals, with accounts at any international bank of good standing and reputation, primarily the top 100 banks in the United States, Europe, Canada, and Singapore, as well as branch locations of major banks in Asia or the Middle East (e.g., UBS AG Dubai).
