As a client of OSHER GLOBAL, your privacy is extremely important to us. We share your concerns about maintaining the integrity and privacy of the personal information collected in the normal course of business. As a result, we comply with federal and state privacy laws regarding the collection, treatment, and sharing of your personal data. This notice discusses the information we collect about you, how we treat it, with whom we share it, and how we protect it.

In the normal course of business, we collect personal information about you from a variety of sources, including information received from you, such as your Client Information Sheet (CIS), Know Your Customer (KYC) form, or other forms with your name, address, employment, assets, and income; information about your accounts and transactions that we receive from you or others, such as account custodians, brokers, and other financial service firms, or banks.

How We Manage and Share Your Personal Information 

We do not sell personal information and data of current and former clients to third parties or advertisers. We may retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary in order to fulfill the purpose for which your information was obtained, or to comply with any legal requirements. We may disclose your personal information as necessary to administer or enforce a transaction that you request or authorize; to process or service a financial product that you request or authorize; to maintain or service your account with us or with another entity; or to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal processes, law enforcement requests, legal claims, or government inquiries. 

We may also disclose your personal information for everyday business purposes to organizations or firms that provide consulting, technology, or other services to us, and agree to maintain that information confidential; to others, such as attorneys, trustees, family members, or other individuals or entities that are legally authorized to represent you or your estate; or to a co-owner of a joint account. 

We limit the use of your personal information to our employees and third-party entities that need access to that information to provide products or services to us; or that need to process or maintain any account, investment product, service, or program for you or for your benefit. 

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we have adopted administrative, technical, and physical security measures that comply with federal and state privacy protection laws. These measures include computer safeguards, and secured files and buildings.

Client Notifications

We are required by law to provide an annual notice describing our privacy policy. We will promptly inform you if there are changes to our policy. Our privacy policy applies to all current and former clients. We reserve the right to amend our privacy policy at any time without prior notice, subject to compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
